Stuck for a Valentine’s Gift?
Can’t think of the perfect Valentine’s Day gift, and don’t want to fight the crowds trying to celebrate on the 14th? You could take your loved one to the Austin Children Shelter’s Flashback ball next week instead. We’re giving away four pairs of two tickets at noon on Friday 14th February, and it’s free and quick to enter our contest. Or you could buy Flashback tickets here.
One of their large fundraising events is the retro dance party held this year on 21st February at The Parish. Formerly known as The New Wave Ball, you can expect some over the top 80s and 90s dance music, 101x’s morning show stars Jason and Deb, an auction and some great costumes. And maybe some hairspray.
Four Free Pairs of Flashback Tickets
While we spend a great deal of time helping people find homes in Austin, we also like to support our local community. One thing we do at Sherlock Homes Austin is tithe a portion of our business profits to The Austin Children’s Shelter. As an event sponsor, we are privileged to have four pairs of tickets to the event to give away. So we decided to have a contest for you guys, and we’ll be announcing winners on Friday February 14th. We’ve tried to make it simple to win – all it takes is a click, and we’re not going to send you a thousand emails telling you about Austin real estate for the rest of your life.
How to Enter the Contest
Do one or more of the following by noon CST on Friday 14th February 2014:
- Comment on our facebook page or like it – 1 entry
- retweet our message on twitter – 1 entry per Twitter user
- Introduce us to a friend who is looking to buy or sell a home – 10 entries. You can get in touch with details of anyone you know who is looking and we’ll do the rest!
You can do all three and enter multiple times. Or tell your friends to mention you when they get in touch and we’ll enter you both in for tickets.

When Will I Get the Tickets?
All entries due by noon CST on 2/14/2014 and pairs of tickets will be drawn at random from the entries. We’ll let you know by facebook, twitter or email if you’ve won, and you have 48 hours to respond or we’ll give them to the next person on the list.
